The presentation of the award will be made at the Council Annual Recognition Dinner and Awards Ceremony, Sunday, April 29 at the Barre Elks Lodge, 10 Jefferson Street, Registration – 1:00 PM – Dinner – 2:00 PM. Cost is $30 per person or $50 per couple. So, mark your calendars and spread the word to the other leaders to join in an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and a laundry list of recognition and awards to a number of deserving adult leaders from around the state highlighted by the presentation of the Silver Beaver Award. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Scouting at the Council (state) level, hear about some very new and exciting programs that are the future of Scouting, and applaud the accomplishments of those who have worked passionately to be recognized for service to community, service to family and service to Scouting.
