It's Time for Fall Popcorn Sale 2014

It is that time of year again when the Units and Scouts of Green Mountain Council Blitz the state of Vermont with the annual popcorn Sale. Council Popcorn Kernel Dan Manz and the popcorn staff are looking forward to working with all units and popcorn kernels so that they can BE PREPARED for the fall popcorn sale! Over 70% of the popcorn sale goes to local SCOUTING.

The Green Mountain Council is committed to providing Cub Scouts with exciting and quality programs year round. One of the best experiences a Cub Scout can get is Resident Summer Camp. Join us for an exciting and event filled summer in 2015. The Camp Staff are excited and already planning programs and activities for the Medieval Times theme.

Membership in the association is open to anyone that has been a camper, leader, volunteer or on the camp staff at ANY of the Vermont scout camps, Camp Sunrise, Camp Plymouth, Zack Woods or Mount Norris. Membership is also open to youth or adults who want to help spread the word about scouting in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Save the Date - Scouting Salute to Veterans 2014

The town of Bristol will host this year's Scouting Salute to Veterans parade. Ron LaRose has been working with local American Legion Post 19, town officials and other town organizations to plan a great parade this year.
