Chainsaw Training will be conducted on Saturday June 16th, 2012 at Mount Norris Scout Reservation. Class size is limited to 15 participants on a first come first served basis.
The 2012 Camp Sunrise site assigments have been made and posted to the website. Please remember site assignments were made taking into account several factors including payment dates, needs of the camp and preference.

Summer is fast approaching and Camp Sunrise is offering an excellent opportunity for families to come and sleep over and enjoy our beautiful camp. Not only can you come and stay with friends and family but you can also partake in the activities the following day at our Annual Fish N Fun event. Come one come all.
This is the time of the year if pack and troop leaders don’t regularly communicate, that Webelos who are transitioning or should be transitioning into Boy Scouts get lost in the process. To ensure that we all do our part in getting these boys into Scouting, here are some reminders and pitfalls to be aware of.
Last year a group of volunteers thought it would be a good idea to invite all of the Eagle Scout alumni to a gathering to share Scouting stories, renew old acquaintances and enjoy
the fellowship, food and fun with their peers of a very special group. It was all it was supposed to be and more, so it was decided to do it again.

Save the date for our Second Annual Fish-n-Fun event scheduled for the weekend of June 8th. Sleep over at Camp Sunrise on Friday June 8th and enjoy the activites on Saturday June 9th. All Cub Scout welcome. Bring your family and friends along for FREE!
