For those few hardy souls who brave the freezing winter weather elements of Mother Nature to participate in the Polar Bear Camping Experience for Scouts and their Leaders during between December 1st, 2017 and March 31st, 2018, the Green Mountain Council offers the Polar Bear Award Emblem.
