Dear Scouting Families and Friends,
As we all work through the COVID19 pandemic, the team at the Council Service Center has been working to support each of you as best we can. While following the state guidelines of “Stay Home, Stay Safe” and maintaining Social Distancing, our office and store remain closed to walk-in customers. However, we have developed a plan to begin to get back to some sort of normalcy. Below are some ways we can help:

As we all work through the COVID19 pandemic, the team at the Council Service Center has been working to support each of you as best we can. While following the state guidelines of “Stay Home, Stay Safe” and maintaining Social Distancing, our office and store remain closed to walk-in customers. However, we have developed a plan to begin to get back to some sort of normalcy. Below are some ways we can help:
- Store Orders. The Scoutshop is closed, however, if you have a need for advancement or other supplies, email your order to laurie.sneed@scouting.org, fax your order to 802-244-5259, or mail to PO Box 557, Waterbury, VT 05676. The order needs to include the advancement report (if applicable), the date you need the order by, the method of payment, and the address of where you want the items shipped. We will fill the order as soon as possible and mail out. Keep in mind that the National BSA Distribution Center is also operating on a limited basis with a very small staff and it may take a few days longer to get something from them that we do not have in stock.
- Camping, Eagle application processing, registration/rechartering needs, etc. Send all of your requests and/or questions to Scout Executive, Ed McCollin at edward.mccollin@scouting.org. He will review and answer your question or work with the appropriate staff person to support your need.
