6. Once you have District approval, you may start your final project plan – Eagle Scout Service
Project Plan (section 3)
7. Upon the completion of your Eagle Project, both physical and written, schedule a meeting with your
Scoutmaster for a Scoutmaster’s conference. At the meeting present a complete Eagle Scout
Service Project Workbook.
8. Once you have completed your Scoutmaster Conference, acquire the necessary signatures from
your Committee and the head of organization your project supported.
9. Refer to Eagle BOR Instruction Checklist for your next steps…the Eagle Application and Eagle
Board of Review.

Eagle Boards of Review:
The Three Rivers District is has two Eagle Boards of Review teams based geographically. There is a Northern team that covers all of Franklin, Grand Isle and Lamoille counties. The second team covers all of Chittenden county. Please follow the instructions checklists below for your specific area.
