Welcome to the Troop 218 Windsor home page!

We are an active, boy-run troop that meets year round.

We attend most District and Council activities and send our boy leaders to National Youth Leadership Training. They are trained and some are active in the Order of the Arrow as well.

We attend summer camp each summer at our council camp, Mt Norris Scout Reservation in Eden, VT.and when there, we try to cook as many meals as we can in site, adding to the menu and creative options available. We are well equiped for heavy camping with cast iron and dutchovens, patol boxes and stoves.

We are spreading out into the finer aspects of Scout fun, including: winter camping, backpack camping, Long Trail Hikes and canoe camping are annual activities - weather and planning permitting. We are supported by some of the best scout leaders in the northeast region, with over a hundred years of combined experience at all levels of scouting.
