Did somebody say PINEWOOD DERBY?

Yes! We are off to the races!

Come join us at our Pack Meetings, the First Tuesday, of each month at the Northfield Elementary School Mini Gym from 6:30 to 7:30 PM unless posted otherwise right here!

Instead of our April Pack Meeting, we will be holding our Pinewood Derby! Watch the calendar for details.

Not only will each boy design and craft his own Pinewood Derby car and race it this year, but we are going to build Soap Box (or Plywood, actually) Derby cars together and race them, too! How cool is that?

We are here to serve the boys of the greater Northfield area. The National Cub Scout Program is designed to give boys an opportunity to learn team building and leadership skills beginning with first graders! It is an incredibly fun way to learn how to get along with others and learn success skills for the world we live in.

We have field trips, games, special events, skits, songs, refreshments, and generally more fun then you expect out of an hour!

So come along and join me in the wonderful world of scouting, where the time you and your boys spend now can turn into to college scholarships and preferential treatment in the job world of tomorrow!
