New Scout Executive will join the Green Mountain Council August 16th.

The GMC Scout Executive, Rich Stockton has recently relocated to the Twin Rivers Council in Albany NY where he will serve as their Scout Executive. We wish to thank Rich for his contributions to our Council and wish him all the best in his new position.

The new Scout Executive for Green Mountain Council is Edward R. McCollin.

Ed comes to us from the Bay-Lakes Council in Appleton, WI where he has been serving as Director of Support Services. Ed has an impressive track record including long-term success in fundraising, staff leadership, and property and camp development.

 

Ed has also served as Assistant Scout Executive in Wausau WI, and as Senior District Executive and District Executive in Councils in PA.
