A successful Cub Scout Rally starts with a sound plan and sticking to the plan is essential.

Cub Scout Leaders are passionate about Scouting. In the fall during the single largest youth recruitment drive of the year Leaders have the opportunity to share that passion with a personal invitation for other potential Cub Scout age boys and their families to join a program where they will learn good values and have fun with friends.
