“Cub Scout 2010” is a new method of delivering the Cub Scout program. 

The new method DOES NOT affect any of the:

·         Cub Scout Handbooks

·         Advancement Requirements

·         Electives

·         Sports & Activity Belt Loops and Pins

This new delivery method continues to be handbook-based and promises to deliver unit retention through activities that lead to youth advancement.

Cub Scout 2010 meeting plans provide the den leader with specific support:

·         to organize and conduct their den meetings

·         to communicate with families and adult partners.

The change in the delivery METHOD FOCUSES on providing adult leaders (specifically Den Leaders) with den meeting plans and associated training to support the conduct of highly effective den and pack meetings.
