Commissioner REMINDERS
ROUND TABLES
Commissioner help is requested. Please bring or encourage your unit leaders, parents and Charter reps to attend. Our RT have well trained leaders who need people. RT is one of the best ways to keep the enthusiasm and make it easier for units to run their programs etc.
Journey to Excellence
Please pull the most recent form from the National Web site. It is time to put the 2012 forms in front of your unit Committee Chairs to go over goals they can start working towards. 2012 is not exactly the same as the 2011 forms
If you make a plan it will happen. Please check your unit progress each month at the Committee or leader meeting on the JOURNEY TO EXCELLENCE (JTE) 
We are now using the District JTE as a base for our agenda to keep us on track towards being a good district. This may also work in Unit Committee meetings. Different requirements can be delegated to various members of the committee to attend to and track all year.

Commissioner staff is the glue to keeping units strong, healthy and making progress. A great position for that Scouter who has been in a unit but now their son is done and has moved on.
