Request for Den Chief to attend Camp with your Pack

If your Pack has a Den Chief that you would like to attend Camp with your pack you need to seek the approval from the Camp Director.

Please provide the following information...

• Den Chief's Name
• Scout's Unit, Number and Scoutmaster
• Dates attending Camp
• Briefly describe personality, maturity and leadership

The Camp Director needs at LEAST two week notice to consider you Den Chief request.
