Jamboree Fundraising Opportunities

The Council Jamboree Committee is working to help participants be "Thrifty" and earn their way to the National Jamboree in 2010.  Here are some of the projects we are working on:

• Spring Popcorn Sale:  Any registered participant will be allowed to sell Spring Popcorn and receive the commissioner into their Jamboree account.  Commissioner will be at least 33%.  You will be able to sell in the Spring of 2009 and 2010.  An organized and motivated Scout could earn enough money to attend the Jamboree.
• Commemorative Patch Sales:  The Jamboree Committee will make available patches that can be sold to other Scouts/Scouters, family members, community members, etc.  The proceeds of the patch sales can be used to help pay for the Jamboree.
