GMC Haunted Harvest Fest

Haunted Harvest Fest 2011

Come and join with other Vermont Cub Scouts and their families at the 13th Annual Haunted Harvestfest.  This is the premier Cub Scout event of each fall. 

A fun program filled day - You can take a turn on the BB RIfle range or the Archery range, go on a hayride or participate in the making a craft.  Don't forget a tour of Haunted Vaughn Lodge and the Spooky Tunnel.  Lunch will be hot dogs, chips, bug juice and of course soup.  (If you want more please feel free to bring a picnic lunch.)

The Trading Post is open for you to purchase snacks, drinks-both hot (cider or coffee) & cold (water, slushie or soda), uniform parts, crafts and you can even get a Haunted Harvest T-shirt. 

Cub Scouts who attend will receive a Haunted Harvestfest patch and a $5 Scout Buck that counts towards 2012 summer camp. 

Your unit can camp overnight on either October 14th or 15th or both.  Family camping rules apply.  Sign up for camping when filling out the registration form.  Camping is $30 per site per Pack for 1 night and $45.00 for both nights.

There is not a fee change.  Registration is $10.00 and a can of soup per person.  (No cream soups please.)  (Immediate family of 4 or more maximum fee is $32.00)  Sign up soon because the first 1,200 registrations only will be be accepted. 

The deadline for signing up your pack is October 6th.  Registration and rosters must be received with full payment at the Green Mountain Council Service Center by this date so that we can mail your unit their registration packet in time for distribution before the event.
