The Trainer Development Conference should be taken by any Scouter who works in a training capacity with Unit Leaders, District Leaders and Council Leaders. Pack Trainers are encouraged to attend. It is also a great place to start for adults in the Council who are interested in helping with training programs anywhere within the Council. This training is designed to strengthen communication skills, increase skills in planning events and enhance session management, and help in creating an atmosphere to build and practice skills as a trainer.

- The most effective training methods
- Put some “pizzazz” into your presentation
Fee is $15 to cover the cost of materials and snacks. Lunch will be provided by the American Legion.
