ADVANCEMENT REPORTS: Please mail an advancement report to us immediately after a scout has earned any award. Every Cub Badge (Tiger, Bobcat, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Compass, Arrow of Light) and Boy Scout Rank or Merit Badge (INCLUDING "SCOUT") needs to be listed on an advancement report and registered on the boys' council records.
