The Ethan Allen District Spring Camporee held Friday April 24th through Sunday April 26th 2009 at Lake St Catherine, Poultney, Vermont had {} Troops and {} Packs from Vermont and New York. This beautiful weekend, {} boys and leaders had a great time acting out as characters from their favorite movies.

Activities included building campsites into sets for their favorite movie, acting out scout skills in themes from many of our "Hollywood favorites", and attending a movie "screening" that Saturday night. Family Camping was provided so Cubs attended too, and enjoyed a viewing of "Follow Me Boys".

I would like to THANK all the Scouts, Parents, Leaders, the the Ethan Allen District Committee for their participation in planning and conducting this event. A Special THANK YOU to Sue Fuller for all her hard work in setting up both the Boy Scout and Cub Scout activities.
