Council Leadership

The Green Mountain Council leadership consists of four primary groups:  Council Key 3, Council Executive Committee, Council Executive Board and Council Members-at-Large.  Together they are responsible for the policies, procedures and guidelines of the Green Mountain Council in accordance with the Council By-Laws, national BSA guidelines and Rules and Regulations which govern the Boy Scouts of America.
