Camp Merrybrook Cub Scout Day Camp

Come Join the Fun!

Merrybrook is a five-day camp for all Cub Scouts in Long Trail District.
Bus Transportation is provided to and from Camp Monday –Thursday and up to Camp Friday a.m.
We require all parents to pick up their Scouts Friday at 4:00 p.m.
Adults ride the bus as well as the Cubs.
Closing Campfire and dismissal 5:30pm Friday.
Webelos over-night following BSA Guidelines.
At least one registered leader MUST attend camp daily.
Program is set up by dens; wolf, bear, and all webelos.

FEES:
Fee = $160 includes bus transportation and one camp t-shirt.
$25.00 non-refundable deposit due at Council office by June 1, 2008.
Remainder of fee due to Council before camp begins.

PROGRAM:
BB Gun, Archery, Handi-crafts/Scout Skills with progressive skill levels, Nature, Field Sports, Fishing at a stocked pond

WHAT BOYS SHOULD BRING TO CAMP:

Health Form - give to your Cubmaster or bring to camp on the first day. We have to have this form on file and especially need primary care physician and policy number! 

Scout Release Form - needed if for any reason your son has to leave camp early or with someone other than who normally transports him. Can be filled out on the first day of camp.

Bag lunch & Water bottle - Every day. No glass bottles please.

Rain Gear - Every day.

Sunscreen and Bug Lotion - No aerosol cans please.

Any Medications - Bring first day of camp WITH instructions and give to the camp medic.
