New steps and railing for Vaughn Lodge

Vaughn Lodge has a small landing with three steps at its front entrance, which needs to be repaired or replaced.  The landing is approximately 4’x5’ with 3’ steps off the front and has a small roof over it supported by two posts.  There is also an existing handicapped ramp off one side of the landing that is in good condition.  This project will require further assessment and planning.
