Shooting Sports structure and safety barriers

We would like to improve the function and safety of the shooting sports area in two ways.  First, we need to install post and rope barriers along the walkways and at the entrance to the shooting range to keep the flow of scouts in and out of the areas as safe as possible.  Second, we would like to build a new staging structure behind the shooting areas where scouts who are waiting for their turn on the range could gather out of the weather.  The new structure would be of similar construction to the range structures (roofed deck with open sides) and could incorporate the existing storage lockers.  This project will require further assessment and planning.
