New loudspeaker system for bugle calls

We would like to install an amplifier and outdoor loudspeaker at the administrative building to play the daily bugle calls.  This system would need to be interfaced with the administrative computer where the music files would be stored and programmed to play at the appropriate times.  We have some expertise in designing the system but need both fundraising and labor to install the equipment.
