Notice of Vigil Honor Selection Committee Meeting and Call for Nominations:

    The Vigil Honor selection committee of Ajapeu Lodge will meet on Sunday April 11, 2010 at 2 pm at the Green Mountain Council Service Center for the purpose of reviewing letters of nomination and selecting the 2010 candidates for elevation to the Vigil Honor.

    In order for an Arrowman to be eligible for consideration as a potential Vigil Honor nominee, they must be a current dues paying member of the lodge for 2010, and must have been a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow for at least two years as of the date of the selection committee meeting.     If you know of a deserving Arrowman who has provided distinguished service above and beyond normal expectations of an OA member, either to their troop, their camp, to the lodge, or to Scouting in general as a youth, or to the lodge specifically as an adult, you are encouraged to submit a letter of nomination to the Vigil Honor selection committee. Nominations from the floor will be accepted on the day of the selection process.
